| This room is in a beautiful student accommodation with 4 bedrooms total. Comes with a double size bed with good quality mattress, dresser, desk & bedside tables. Situated in a safe, quiet area of Nanaimo with VIU a 4 min drive, 22 min walk or bus stop a block away that goes directly to the university. You can also catch a bus from there that goes directly to Woodgrove Mall with a Walmart and all the best shopping in Nanaimo. On the main level you will find a spacious living & dining area with a 65" TV, and electric fireplace. The adjoining fully stocked kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of the essentials for cooking, plus a stacking washer/dryer. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floor, this bedroom will share a bathroom with 2 other female students and I'm hoping to rent to another female. Bedding, towels, keyed locking bedroom doors, utilities, heat and wifi included. Beautiful property with fish pond and rock garden, Westwood lake is just up the road.
