(street is on opposite side of the house) – Furnished with double bed, dresser, extra storage shelf and amazing closet • Driveway parking spot • Wi-Fi and shared, in-building laundry • Two balconies — perfect for morning coffee or evening quiet time • Easy move in: fully furnished shared spaces and a well-equipped kitchen You would be our only ROOMMATE . (Respectful, mature mom with two teens and calm, indoor-only cats and aquariums). We want another tidy working professional (or mature student) who also values kindness, clear communication, cheerfulness and a super comfortable, low-stress place to relax in at the end of the day. $1,000. plus shared utilities No dirty dishes drama -- You and the three of us, are each responsible for removing garbage promptly and keeping personal items where they belong. Daily and Weekly Lawn/yard care and interior/exterior house cleaning are shared. No smoking, vaping, drugs, parties, or added pets. No strong scents (allergies).
