| Room for rent in shared older, but clean house!Pet friendly, no kitties as my cat doesn’t like other cats. Small, house trained dogs okay! Long as they don’t chase kitties. 5 min walk to port place mall and main bus station. Rent includes internet & cable but hydro will be split. Must haves! Ideally a full-time student, if not, must be working full-time. Non smoking Quiet after 8pm Non party-types. Amazing references + DD. Ideally, the perfect roommate would work early mornings like myself! Must work full-time! There is a gym set up in the dining room. I did it during Covid and it’s been great. You’re welcome to use it. The room is smaller, and does not have a closet. I can provide a bed & night table if you need! If you have a small dog, I’m fine with that as long as they are house trained and do not chase cats. Thank you! . |
