| Hello, I, 35 f, have a room available for a female roommate. The home is situated on 5 acres about 15 minutes south of down town. It’s beautiful and quiet out here with elk, deer, birds and rabbits everywhere. I like my living space to be clean and quiet so I’m seeking someone with similar values. I’m looking for someone who works full time outside the house as well. I don’t mind if a significant other is over once or twice a week but I’m not looking for someone to be a mostly live in partner. I am open to a dog as long as it gets on with cats as I have 2. No more kitties because fern is mean. There’s a cat door in the photo of your room, it locks so the cats won’t have a kitty highway over your bed. Rent includes all utilities and internet About me: I enjoy reading, doing home workouts, hiking and painting. I love good conversation and dance parties in the kitchen. I don’t watch a ton of tv but I’m down to watch a movie from time to time or cook the occasional meal together. I’m pretty playful and love to laugh but if you’re the type that prefers to introvert in your room I take zero offence.
