Room is across from bathroom with shower. 1 driveway space available and extra parking on street. Available July 1st, or right away if right person is found. Unit is 8 minute walk to the ocean, in a basement suite located below landlords, a nice younger couple who are very friendly. Utilities and internet are included, unit has laundry and a dishwasher onsite. Current tenant has a cat and landlords above have two dogs that are in the backyard every once in a while, so preferrably looking for someone with no allergies. More pets are welcome. House is located in slightly higher end part of town, off departure bay near some parks Preferably looking for one person to rent, unit is spacious but probably not looking for a couple or family. New tenant would have to verify income and previous rental references. The unit is furnished but the rented room would be empty once someone is found and you're free to do what you like with it. Some extra closets and storage space that are available to use as well. Current tenant is around 30 and a musician, though quiet and respectful. If any interested parties are also musical/creative then it would probably be a good fit! |
