Apartment itself is furnished, although the bedroom is not. Has a nice big balcony, a shared bathroom with shower + bathtub, kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry is coin operated in the building. The building is right behind country club mall, walking distance to grocery store, fitness world gym, and has a bus stop right outside. Street parking available, about 15 min drive to VIU. There is a small storage locker as well for extra belongings. ~The Roommate: I’m in my early twenties, I work and go to VIU. I’ve been living in Nanaimo for 3 years now. I have two kitties. I work and study healthcare. I love to run, hike, go to the gym, create art, read, and spend time outdoors! My home is very special to me, it is my safe space and my happy place. |
