| We a retired couple(67 & 65) have 2 rooms w/ board for rent..smaller room $1500 per month(meals in) larger room $1600 month (meals in) offer room and board(yes 2 meals a day) ,meals are made for you.Lunch and dinner..Room comes w/ shared washroom w/walk in shower, rec room w/ pool table, ping pong table(shared with other house mates, 50" TV and a few chairs.We do some cleaning ,such as vacuuming, rec room and your bedroom, dusting, floor washing once a week.You MUST be a QUIET person/people and be willing to clean your own bathroom.Laundry is done by me once a week ONLY andus the home owners will havefullaccess to washer and. dryer..THere is also A kitchen but no meals maybe made as this is a room and board offer only.We've been doing this a long time and have gentleman thats been with us 13 yrs Cost $1600 a month, includes utilities, food..if you want any snacks you must privide your own expense.In a very quiet Westporte neighborhood and you must have a car.any info you may need dont hesitate to contact me with any questions, ....credit check, references,criminal check ..we are a home of non drinkers, and non smokers and are looking fora good fit...pets considered ONLY..must love doggies and kitties.........pictures to follow if i can get the camera working |
