The kitchen and living rooms are shared and furnished (fridge, microwave, dining table with chairs) and you are free to bring some of your own furnitures depending on the space available. Some furnitures from the kitchen and living room will be gone when you’ll move in. Additional storage available in the house. No pets allowed (no cats or dogs). Parking available for one car and street parking possible. Located in a safe and peaceful residential area near VIU and the Nanaimo Aquatic Center. Walking distance from VIU and bus 15, and 5 stops right next to the house. Bus 40 at 3 minutes walking.
