Renting a bedroom (private bathroom included!!) in my 3 bed 4 bath home- South Nanaimo very close to VIU and a main bus route. Lease agreement is available on a month to month basis or longer fixed-term. Move in date is semi-flexible: either Jan 1st or Jan 31st. The bedroom does not come furnished. Please note, utilities are not included in the rent price. I am a 27 year old woman with a little golden retriever, so, must be okay with having a dog in the shared spaces. Laundry is in suite. Street parking only. Quality foods is a couple blocks away as well within walking-distance!
