| 3 bedroom, 2 bath upper suite in quiet neighborhood near Departure Bay with utilities included. The home has a private entrance and exclusive access to the large, fenced yard, as well as a large deck. Laundry is shared with downstairs tenants. Rent includes heat, hydro, city services, shared laundry, off-street parking and very few furnishings if needed, including flat screen TV, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Tenant responsible for tenant insurance and internet. Available May to mid-August 2025. Can rent for some or all of this time, but we can't extend past mid-August. ***Strictly non-smoking*** No smoking of any kind. This includes no outside smoking. Pets considered with deposit. Can also be rented fully furnished with linens, kitchenware and internet included for families or groups traveling on business or vacation. Rent would be $4,000/month.
