| We have a one bedroom with own balcony, and furnished in our upstairs with half bath and breakfast area in spare room. It is available for May, June and first week of July. Great location, halfway between VIU and downtown. Includes all utilities. Share Kitchen and main bath for cooking and showers. We are very easy going, quiet household with a dog and cat and one young couple, non partiers, who also rent a bedroom upstairs.
