Parking: Street Parking One bedroom is available in a four bedroom, 1.5-bath home located between downtown Nanaimo and VIU. Enjoy reasonable use of utilities, washer/dryer and the kitchen. Wi-Fi is included. There is no lease, but there is a monthly rental agreement. While the property may be pet friendly, this is on a case-by-case basis; any new animals must get along with current tenants and animals. Currently, all three roommates have attended VIU. While two of us are avid gamers, as a house, we also enjoy the occasional group activity, such as having a small fire or a few drinks. We are hoping for like-minded people of a similar age group (20s). Please tell us a bit about yourself when responding to the ad! "Is this available?" doesn't tell me much about you or why we should want to live with you. This is a shared accommodation, meaning the washrooms and the kitchen are shared. The house is multi-level, and the available room is up a flight of stairs. The room is single accommodation. |
