No yard access, but there's a large network of trails steps away, and only a couple minutes drive to Departure Bay, Piper's Lagoon and Neck Point Park. Rent is $2,000/month and includes furnishings, some dishes and kitchen supplies, utilities, and access to shared laundry, as well as off-street parking. Tenant to provide their own linens.
