It consists of two bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen with apartment-sized fridge and stove, and 3 piece bathroom with stand-up shower. No yard access, but there's a large network of trails steps away, and only a couple minutes drive to Departure Bay, Piper's Lagoon and Neck Point Park. We are now accepting applications for a May 1 move in. Please contact to set up a viewing. Rent is $2,200/month and includes furnishings, dishes, linen, utilities, internet and access to shared laundry, as well as off-street parking. Available from May 1 to August 15.
