| Hey my name is Philly(35, F) and I own a 1200 sqft 2bd/2ba + den condo that I just renovated completely. I have my 2nd large fully furnished bedroom with private bathroom available to rent starting Feb 10th or up to Mar 1st Asking $1700 plus utilities/furnishings = $1800 all inclusive. *parking underground available for a small fee The condo is all newly renovated, has full size insuite laundry, dishwasher, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and brand new gym/yoga room/sauna downstairs. Rooftop patio will be open spring. We are steps from the seawall, olympic village and all main st/shops and breweries. Main st Skytrain is next door for easy commuting. As for me, I love to stay active, biking around town, hanging at the beach, hitting a brewery or lake on the weekend. I have my 7 lb dachshund who keeps me busy but is very well behaved. I am looking for someone who is easy going, very clean, responsible and lgbtq friendly who would love to be in this area and take care of their home as I do. I am renting the room fully furnished with queen size bed, bedding,dresser, shelves, lamps and art . All utilities, laundry, gym/amenity access, all household supplies and storage are included in the rent. Bring your bags and plants and move right in.
