| Live-In Property Manager – Negotiable Rent Terms (Mission, BC) Description: We are looking for a responsible and mature, hands-on live-in property manager for a quiet 12-unit apartment building in Mission, BC. This is a part-time position in exchange for negotiable rent in a clean, new renovated private suite. The unit may be potentially ready by June 15th, if not July 1st, 2025. Responsibilities include: • Responding to tenant inquiries • Showing suites and processing applications • Coordinating move-ins and move-outs • Light maintenance and basic repairs • Reporting larger issues to the owner • Keeping the property clean and secure What we offer: • Negotiable rent, utilities not included. • Low-maintenance building with long-term tenants • Flexible hours (approx. 10 hours/week) • Opportunity to earn extra with additional duties Ideal candidate: • Mature, Friendly, dependable, and proactive • Comfortable with basic repairs and upkeep • Good communication and organizational skills • Prior property management or caretaker experience a plus (not required) To apply: Please reply with a brief introduction, any relevant experience, and your contact information.
