The house includes a modern floor plan and is lined with 200 degree windows featuring expansive views of the mountains, city, golf course, and sunrise each morning. Both the house and room have ample natural light and come fully furnished (as seen in the photos). The rear backs directly onto Cedar Hill Golf Course while the front of the house has a huge garden full of apple trees, figs, strawberries and other plants all on automatic watering system and maintained regularly. We are available most days for in-person viewings. THE LOCATION IS VERY CENTRAL AND IN A FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITH: - Direct access to a walking/jogging trail - Cedar Hill Recreational Centre 200m away - Backs directly onto Cedar Gill golf course -15 minute walk to Hillside shopping centre/4 minute drive -8 minute drive to downtown -10 minutes to UVIC ~15 mins to all beaches - 5 mins from highway to Langford/Nanaimo/Sooke *There are also tenants in a detached unit downstairs, they are super kind and friendly people whom we've never had an issue with! |
