| I’m looking for a roomate in lower lantzville! This location is a 10 minute walk to woodgrove mall, where the bus stop is. This will be available April 1st! A bed & side table are included, and the rest of the suite is fully furnished. You’re welcome to use all the cooking supplies etc., that I have as well. Hydro is typically 260 every two months, or around 65$ a month each. Wifi is included! All of the lights are on dimmers, I have an air purifier and a humidifier, and the washer/dryer, dishwasher are very new. -No parties (small gatherings are ok if volume is kept to a minimum) -no smoking/vaping -unfortunately no pets allowed Open to all, but prefer someone who’s in their 20’s/30’s.
