| Shared accommodation for August 1st. This is a luxury, resort style living location in Willoughby with grocery and other essential services within walking distances at Willoughby Town Centre. Bus stop just outside the door with a link to the Skytrain. Trinity Western University is 4.4 Kms away and Kwantlen Polytechnic University is 6.5 Kms away along with other post-secondary educational facilities. This is a furnished one bedroom unit, with sufficient in-room storage, in a condominium of 3 bedrooms. The bathroom is shared with one other person who is very OCD clean. There is a shared kitchen with one other person (me) who is an OCD cleaner. There is an in unit washer and dryer for 1 day a week laundry. The room is only suitable for 1 person (no couples please). Heat, hot water, cable, WiFi, garbage and recycling is included in the $950/month rent. 6 month lease minimum with a 12 month lease preferred. References a must. No smokers (cigarettes or marijuana) please. Not even the ones who sneak outside. I also prefer someone who does not have coffee brewing in the morning as I have an acute sense of smell and I am allergic. This will suit someone who really likes to keep to themselves, is quiet and is very tidy; these are musts or I know it will not work. Males only. There is no local parking unfortunately but there are spots for rent by other owners in the community (but they are rare and go fast). This is a link of what the community looks like. Relax in the pool or hot tub or workout in the gym. Take a weekly yoga class. Have your family over in one of the concierge units.
