| Hello All! My name is Corey Keith, and my pronouns are per and pers. I am a non-binary, pansexual, poly human with chronic challenges. I am looking for a room mate in a two-bedroom basement suite in a brand-new home in Langford, starting June 1, 2021. The suite is in a new subdivision called South Point Ridge. The house is 15- 20 min from the bus stop. Rent is between $750 plus ½ of utilities.I would also be open to a couple sharing the one room. In this case, rent would be $900 and 2/3 utilities. The house I would say is semi-accessible as there is a step into the house and if you do not have a vehicle, there is a large hill before getting to the house. Transit is available, however sundays it quite poor. No smoking and no Dogs or Cats as I am allergic/ asthmatic. A cat may be possible, as some I am less allergic but will need landlord approval. The main room only has my plant shelving and a hid-a-bed couch. Washer and dryer is included in the suite. A little about me: I am a 42-year-old Social Worker, Therapist and Educator by trade. At present due to my health, I have taken a step back to focus on my health and I am only providing LGBTQ2S+ trainings/ workshops at present. I enjoy nature, reading or watching anything regarding to sci. fi/ fantasy, social justice and spiritual. I have a many plants in the main room, and more is welcome. In terms of my chronic Illness, I have fatigue, and cognitive challenges that include memory, information retrieval and sometimes general brain processing. I spend a lot of time alone but I would like to socialize more. You are a quiet, and sex positive. Ideally female, non-binary or queer identifying human. You are also a human that practices radical honesty, direct and open communication, self aware and understand boundaries. You also Covid conscious and have compassion/ understanding of Chronic Illness. You are also a person that keeps shared space generally clean and organized. Bonus points if you like to cook.
