| 2-bedroom flat looking for summer sublet, with one female roommate. Looking for a female sublet for the summer. We are located near all location leaving transit lines, 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver via the bus. We are a 15 minute walk to Jericho beach as well as a 7 minute bus ride to UBC campus. Nestled near campus and within west point grey are many cute little shops, restaurants, and businesses to explore. Our place is freshly renovated with a large bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and many dressers and have no landlords upstairs in the house. We are a cleanly household with a masters student as the roommate. |
