Large dining room with table for 6+, large living room with ample seating. Smart TV in living room. 2 Decks to enjoy the incredible FULLY Fenced yard. We call our yard our little Provincial park. No neighbours, surrounded entirely by lilac trees or forest. Fruit trees and fruit bushes to enjoy. Hammocks, swing, zip-line, trampoline, sandbox, yard games, BBQ, fire-pit. Location is ideal, close to Grocery store, new bike park with skate park, pump track and dirt jumps. Close to swimming pool with lazy river, close to a main entrance to the Nature park. 15 min walk to city park with splash park or 8 min walk to school park. Dead End street so little to no traffic past house. Tonnes of street parking. Pets Negotiable and willing to compromise on rent if household indoor outdoor cat can stay and be taken care of during stay (very low maintenance) This is our primary residence but will be away on an extended trip so we ask that you understand that we live here and treat it as such. NO Smoking on entire property. All personal items will be removed but games, books, and art will all still be here. Linens will be provided, and we can discuss further pantry items. Hydro and Gas to be paid for by tenant, but wifi will be included. $2400 per month Security deposit required 1/2 months rent, will sign a BC Tenancy agreement.
