| Executive Home located directly on the bus route approx 5-7min from Abeerdeen Mall and 10-15min from TRU. We are a mature, respectful, clean, non partying household so please be like minded. Available is an average sized bedroom with double closets, queen size bed, nightstand with lamp, tall dresser and chair. Next to it is a full sized bathroom which will MAINLY be yours the exception is if we have guests for an occassional night as our guest room is located on the same level. We prefer a female for this room as its condusive to the household flow. We have a private side entrance to the house and a fully furnished common room down for student use. The common room has a couch, coffee table, bar height dining table with chairs and a fireplace. Included in the rent is high speed internet, all utilities, shared laundry and use of the kitchen therefore fridge and cupboard space will be provided. Please have your own bedding / linen, cooking, eating and cleaning items. DD is half a months rent and parking is on the street fcfs. **no couples, no pets, no video chats or freinds viewing for you, no exceptions.
