| June 1st Upper duplex for rent. Looking for a working male or female tenant. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The rent is $1200 a month for 2 bedrooms, main bathroom with tub, living room, and dining room. Living room and dining room are furnished. Bedrooms aren’t furnished. Shared kitchen upstairs and shared laundry is down stairs. I plan to make a downstairs kitchen by winter. Utility’s are included. If you want to share internet it would be around $50-$60 a month. There’s a parking spot in the driveway. Yard is fairly big. Very good soil for a garden if you want to have one this year. You could turn half of yard into a huge garden if you wanted. Big field in the back if you have a dog it’s perfect for walks. Dog parks in the area. Close to the river by airport. Good hiking and biking trails fairly nearby. I don’t have any animals but I’m pet friendly. Damage deposit is half rent. Pet deposit depends on pet. |
