| SUMMER SUBLET [weekly or monthly options available] Furnished suite in beautiful Pineview Available May 1 - Aug 31 $450/week, $1,600/month, or $1,500/month for the full summer. All utilities and Internet included, plus half month damage deposit if renting for full summer. Beautiful furnished basement suite that has been freshly painted and newly furnished! There is a comfy queen bed, and linens, blankets, pillows, and towels can be provided if needed. The kitchen is large with ample storage, and there is a futon in the living room with a TV (smart stick attached). In-suite laundry and parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars. There is a small outdoor shed that you can use for extra gear. The house is conveniently located 10 min drive from downtown Kamloops, TRU, and New Afton mine. It's also just behind the Costco. Fantastic views and surrounded by mountain biking and hiking trails. Owners live upstairs with our German Shepherd pup - we are a professional couple who love biking, climbing, and hitting the gym. No smoking/vaping and no pets, sorry! Our pup is super sweet with humans but not with other animals.
