| Hi, There are 2 empty bedrooms upstairs in my 2 level duplex available Oct 1st. I’m looking for a clean working male or female roommate to share my duplex with. The rent is $1050 a month, for the 2 upstairs bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath tub, the living room, and the dining room. The living room and dining room are furnished for the most part. The bedrooms aren’t furnished. Shared kitchen and shared laundry. Laundry is downstairs. I have a gym room downstairs you are welcome to use. Utilities are included. If you want to share internet it would be around $50 to $60 a month. I’ll show you the bill each month to confirm cost. There’s a parking spot in the driveway. The yard is fairly big, and it has very good soil for a garden if you want one next summer. Huge open field in the back. Dog parks in the area too. Close to the river by the airport. Good hiking and biking trails close. I currently don’t have any pets but I’m pet friendly. The damage deposit is half the rent. Pet deposit depends on the pet. 420 welcome but only outside. Thanks |
