| Hello:) I am very interested in your room. I worked as an economist for the United Nations. I hurt my shoulder with computer. I am managing that now. It is mostly over. I get my income from government now(on PWD). I have other financial support as well. If you wish the government can pay you the rent directly by chque or direct deposit. They can contact you to confirm before we sign the lease. After my recovery I plan to open some business and follow some courses at the university. I don't wish to go on the computer anymore. I have references. I am quite and respectful. I have the receipt of last 10 years. I match with all ages: students, professors... Some questions please: Does the landlord live there? How many people live there? What they do? Is the room in the basement? If it is quiet for sleeping I don't mind about that. Please confirm if it is in the basement. Is the room furnished? I speak French if somebody likes to practice. Please let me know if I am a suitable candidate so I can come and view the room. In that case please provide me with your address.
