| Two bedrooms available in a townhouse for rent Oct. 1!! My friend and I are looking for 2 new roommates, rent is $565 for each room. The two rooms will be sharing a bathroom (pictured). Utilities and wifi will be split between the 4 of us monthly. We would ideally want someone who is tidy, laid back, and respectful. The townhouse is mostly furnished, but the bedrooms are fully unfurnished. The town house is close to the university and superstore (walking distance and bus nearby). Parking is available too! Potentially pet friendly - there is access to some yard space and a dog park nearby. We are great friends, I am 25 (female) and the other roommate is 25 (male). We would ideally want someone around the same age as us. We both work and he is also a student at TRU.
