| Our large, clean, newer family home situated in Brock, has a main level bedroom for rent for a single full-time student or co-op student available immediately. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no partying, no pets and no guests due to insurance policy. The room is only available from September 01-April 30. This includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, use of the washer & dryer, food and home cooked meals. There is also street parking for one vehicle included and is on a bus route if public transit is needed. You are also welcome to use all common areas as well as our beautiful gazebo in the backyard during the warmer months. The carpeted bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, mirror, dresser, desk & chair, closet, and window & blinds. Bedding and towels are also provided and the bathroom is shared with one other student. All you would have to bring is your clothes and personal hygiene items. We are a working family with 2 other female university students who are living with us and we want to welcome the right person to our family. My husband and I both have current criminal record checks in place and we have hosted students for many years. If you are attending TRU full-time and you want to stay in a decent home with home cooked meals, then this may be the home away from home for you! Proof of enrollment at TRU is required. A detailed description about yourself and your interests will be helpful in our process to choose the right individual. References are also required along with a half month's rent as the damage deposit. Rent must be paid on the first day of each month. Only successful applicants will be contacted.
