| Hello, my name is Steve, and my wife, Lisa, and I are interested in applying for your rental property. We are a professional couple currently residing in Scotch Creek at our retirement property and are looking to relocate back to Kamloops due to an increase in workload that has resulted in lengthy commuting times. We sold our home in Kamloops in 2020 with the hopes of early retirement. But with the extra work load the commute is getting to both of us. About us: Lisa is a real estate lawyer who owns and operates her own successful firm in Kamloops, while I work as a project manager. We are looking for a long-term rental opportunity and would be more than willing to enter into a lease agreement. It Is also important to mention that we have two American Bullies, who are extremely well-trained, affectionate, and non-destructive. They are gentle in nature and are not aggressive toward other animals or humans. We believe we would be excellent tenants and can assure you that we will take great care of your property.
