Very Bright and convenient townhouse located at the heart the city- Superstore, TRU, Hospital and Downtown are within 12 mins walking distance (2 mins drive). Bus stops #7 and #9 are 3 minutes walk from the house. In house laundry available. Tenants must sign at least 6 months lease. Must be okay with our 1 year old kitty. We are looking for someone respectful and clean who comes with good references.
