| Rent is $647.75 Deposit is $325 Utilities range from $50 - 90 (winter is the most expensive) There’s 2 other girls in the house so we’re only accepting a girl to take the room. Lease is minimum 1 year then goes month to month, start date is September 1st but you can move your stuff in a week or 2 earlier if that’s easier for you. You’d be taking my room cuz I’m moving, the room will most likely be unfurnished (I’m not sure if I’m moving into a furnished place or not) but if it is not I would sell my bed and possibly dresser to you. I bought the bed for $350 and the dresser was $100. If you’re interested in buying, the price for the bed is $250 and the dresser is $50. If I move into an unfurnished place I’ll be taking my furniture with me and you’d have to buy your stuff separately. You will have access to all the kitchen supplies including a microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, and kettle. And one of the roommates has a deep freezer that she will probably let you put a couple things in. There are 4 extra storage spaces, the storage room is currently occupied with a friends stuff but it will be empty in September, free for anyone’s use. Looking for someone willing to help with the chores and keep the common areas clean.
