| JUST LIKE HOME, Room rental with a bonus. We are a family home in Barnhartvale that has been taking in students for several years. We offer a unique living experience with a room and board type of rental. This means that your rental is inclusive of all utilities, parking, laundry cable and wifi as well as all your food. We work with a white board system where you let me know what you would like for food items, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and I bring these into the house for you. I also prepare many of the dinners, I cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The home is on a small acreage and backs onto miles of beautiful crown lands with tons of trails for hiking and mountain biking. We also have an inground pool and hot tub at your disposal. It is a quiet environment very conducive to studying. We currently have our own family, mom, dad and son along with 2 other young ladies. All inclusive the rent is 900.00 per month and will be available on Sept 15th. Please note that this home is approx. 18 min drive to the university so a car would be required. We do have public transit, but it is a 20 min walk to the bus stop. Please PM me if you would like more information. |
