| RiverBend Manor and Mayfair Manor are located along the Thompson River, in the North Shore of Kamloops. These sister buildings are located right beside each other, and residents are encouraged to utilize spaces in both spaces. Our pet friendly building is perfect for independent seniors looking for a few additional supports to live their best life. These communities use a rent geared to income approach. Included in the rent is the suite, three meals a day, light weekly housekeeping, all utilities, cable, internet, and a telephone. Parking is available for an additional cost. Residents are encouraged to use any of the social spaces located throughout the community including the fitness centre, library, cinema, activity room, or community gardens. Regardless of whether you would like to participate in our recreation program or walk your pet around the building there is something for everyone at our community. |
