| ✨Available October 1st✨ We have 3 rooms for rent in our newly renovated home. The rooms are in a bright half-basement with a second kitchen, a 4-piece bathroom, and laundry. Small room: $750 + 10% of utilities (about $30 per month) Medium room: $800 + 10% of utilities Large room: $850 + 10% of utilities We have 1 Gbps high-speed internet (TELUS said this should support up to 20 users) that you are welcome to use, as long as it does not affect my husband's ability to work from home. (For example, if gaming, you might need to set up your own internet connection.) There is space for 1 additional vehicle in our driveway, plus street parking. We are working professionals with a 5-month-old baby. Our rooms are upstairs, and there is soundproofing between the floors and rooms. We have a strict no-pets policy. We also have a strict no to anyone who smokes, vapes, uses marijuana or drugs (we share a ventilation system and need fresh air for our baby). Location We are in a family neighborhood in Northshore (Linden Ave), close to Overlander Bridge. There is a bus stop nearby (TRU express and #3 bus), a 2-minute drive to all amenities, and 7 minutes to TRU. We are looking for responsible boarders who will appreciate the renovations and take care of our home.
