Landlords live upstairs with two kids. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on property due to two young children (2.5 years and 3 months old) present. Suite has own meter for gas and hydro so tenant will be responsible for paying their own fortis and hydro. Can be rented unfurnished if right tenants found but would work well for a roommate situation as large dog upstairs is not good with kids that aren’t his family. Upstairs has central air so downstairs stays cool in the summer without air conditioning. Unit has been owner occupied since 2019. Note images are of current state.
