| 1 Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet for rent in the Aberdeen area of Kamloops- 30 minute walk or 6 minute drive to Thompson Rivers University. The bedroom is located in a two bedroom apartment and would be ideal for a couple. I will be staying in the other room 2-3 nights per week and keep to myself. The room is available immediately, ideally with a move in date of Monday Jan 15th. The apartment is furnished. I will require a reference and proof of regular income. You will also need to submit a roommate application to the apartment holding company. I am able to hold zoom interviews during the evening of Monday June 9th. The deposit is $625.00 and is payable upon a successful check of references and before moving in. |
