Shared accomodation in basement suite available now. 1 bedroom available for a female. Current tenant is a good friend of ours and very clean. Has its own entrance, fully self-contained. All utilities included. Fibre Optik internet. 2 bedroom suite with 9ft ceilings and lots of windows so it stays very bright. Washer and dryer in suite along with freezer. Very close to TRU. 50% deposit required upon selection and rent due July 1st if move in date then. Suite is furnished. We live upstairs and don't want noise. No smokers, no cats. Small dogs may be allowed.
