The main floor of the home is hardwood flooring and tile in the kitchen, the bedroom is carpet and will be professionally steam cleaned. Access to laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron and ironing board) on first floor of home as well. There is a shared full bathroom (bath tub, shower, toilet, sink, large mirror) as well as a shared powder room (pedestal sink, mirror, toilet). Use of gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, double sink, large microwave, Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer, Breville indoor grill, Cuisinart food processor, Black and Decker blender, Kitchen Aid Mix Master, rice cooker and brand new LG french door refrigerator. The grounds are professionally maintained by a landscaping company. This includes snow removal, lawn and garden maintenance. Walking distance to all amenities including Royal Inland Hospital, Save-On Foods, London Drugs, Dollar Store, many restaurants and cafes, Pioneer and Riverside Parks and more.
