| NOVEMBER 1 2024 We are looking for a long-term (minimum of one year) responsible tenant for our 1-bedroom apartment in the Rosewood Court building near the brock shopping center in Brock. Third-floor apartment has been recently updated with hardwood floors, a clean and spacious living room with new appliances in the kitchen and a new AC unit. The building is a well-maintained older complex that has coin laundry available on the first level, along with designated parking for one vehicle. The building is secure and quiet, and close to transit. Nearby pharmacies, grocery stores and other shopping within close walking distance (2-minute walk). Requirements: Clean, quiet, respectful, and nonsmoking/vaping. We are looking for a mature renter(s) that can take care of their space and respect the other people in the building complex with low noise levels and no parties. Will consider a couple, but ideally suited for a single occupant. Sorry, this is a Pet-Free building unfortunately! Important Info: When you email, please tell us a bit about you; along with if you are looking for a long-term rental. Must be willing to do a credit check and rental application. Cost: Rent for a single occupancy ($1500 monthly), or mature couple ($1550 monthly) Utilities are additional and the responsibility of the renter to set up (Hydro and internet) Lease: One year lease, with the opportunity to continue for a new term.
