I am seeking long term or short term, this is my personal home but due to my schedule with work I will be gone most of the summer. I am seeking someone that will be able to communicate with me if anything comes up, check the mailbox, and care for the yard when required. Everyone has rented here over the years, snow boarders, workers, students, travelers.
