We have one room available in our cozy home! Room is on the lower level. There's also a second small living area on this level if you want to make something of it! Shared (with one other person) full bathroom and laundry on the lower level. Shared kitchen, dining, and living area on the upper level. Lots of storage, including an outdoor shed. Front and back yard! Lots of opportunities to garden. Parking included. Great location, close to shops and busses stop right outside. Your roommates would be a 32 year old male who has the other room on the lower level. A 33 year old female lives on the upper level. We tend to keep to ourselves, and there's a good amount of peace and privacy in the house. Down for a chill board game or movie night, too! Not a party house, but guests are welcome with a heads up. House is older and has its quirks, but we've been here for years and love it! Let us know a little about yourself and what you do!
