| Roommate Wanted: (only a single BR for Rent) :-) Inquire for more details. Offering accommodations for a single room, shared bathroom, living area and kitchen. Unique loft style house, on 1.5 acers in the Sahtlam area. This area is rural, quiet and peaceful and has beautiful pastoral views. Country living but only 10 minutes to Walmart and all the amenities and a 5 minute walk to a bus stop if you don’t drive. Fully furnished or unfurnished based on your preference. Dry clean storage available. I am a single “weekend” dad to 3 amazing teens and preteen, 1-2 weekends a month. I enjoy good conversation but I also like my down time and privacy. I am honest, kind, and easygoing…..I’m looking for the same quality’s in a roommate. Tidy is important to me and household chores should be shared ☺️. An Ideal candidate would want to have a conversation, a laugh and share a meal together and then we both go hide in our rooms. Must love cats all the time and kids on occasion.
