| Room for rent located out in Maple Bay. Approximately 8-10 minute drive outside of the city of Duncan, and currently unoccupied. Wife and I are looking for a clean respectful tenant/roommate to rent. Prefer employed/professional. We would please ask for a minimum of two references. We have a 1 year old German Shepard mix puppy, and he is well trained. I work from home during the weekdays, so my wife and I will mostly be up by 5:30 am and usually in bed by around 8:00 pm. Parking is on the street, shared kitchen, additional living room space downstairs and would be interested in having a conversation in person before considering anyone for the room, thank you. |
