Hydro, laundry, and wifi included. Close access to downtown Courtenay. Morning person, please. House quiet time is 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Rest well... Do you have chemical sensitivities? Enjoy this non-toxic home, with no artificial scents. That includes things like Tide or other strong laundry products. If you use those products, this room is not suitable for you.
