| In Coquitlam - A short trip away from Burquitlam Station. - 2 Rooms available from February 1st, 2025 and onward in a 3 bedroom upper level house - This is the smaller room - Single occupant only. - New Tenancy. Preference will be given to those who choose to stay longer. We'll be signing a new lease, 6-12 months or longer. -10-minute walk to Burquitlam Skytrain Station which has The Millennium Line, and bus's 143, 156, 180, 151, 157, N9. Waterfront/Expo LIne one station over at Lougheed Station. - 7 minutes walk from the 143 Elmwood Street Bus Stop on Clarke Rd. - Convenient 12-minute transit to SFU - Could be perfect for students. - Some of the closest stores are: Safeway, Starbucks, Mcdonald's, Several other restaurants, Shoppers Drug Mart/Canada Post, RBC Royal Bank, Shiraz Farmer Market & Halal Meat. Northgate Village Shopping Centre is a short drive or transit ride away with Walmart, Save On Foods, CIBC and TD banks, and several other restaurants/food chains. Also, a lot of parks and trails are in the area. - On street parking. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very nice environment, so a safe, respectful home for everybody is what we want here. - Rent: $ 700 + half of first month's rent for deposit ( 620 + 33% of the utilities ) + WiFi 1 Gbps shared connection ( usually $76-80 a month so it works out to be $25-26 for each of us ) so monthly expenses will be about $695-700 . - Both males and females are now welcome. Available for all ages but seems best for a student or working professional but again, all ages are welcome. - Washer & dryer in the house, shared kitchen & appliances/dishes, stove, toaster oven, microwave, cool back deck area at the back, giant backyard. This is an older house with some potential. Everything's kept nice and tidy with everybody helping to keep it that way. - No pets, drugs or smoking. - We are peaceful individuals, and we are not tolerant of noise or any disturbances during late hours 11pm-7am Everybody needs to keep it respectful. - Room dimensions: 11 feet x 7 feet Please send a number or a message if you're interested and have any questions about this or send a brief bio about yourself and we will get back to you asap, usually replies come back pretty quick!
