| Looking for a roommate in a basement suite. It is the larger of two rooms, you would have access to all the shared spaces. In the unit there is a separate TV/theatre room, so it’s a 3 room basement for roughly 850 sqft. You are welcome to use some of my pots and pans, and dishes until you are able to get your own. There is a large backyard, it’s a lovely space to spend time outside as summer is beginning to approach us. There is street parking available if you have a car, but can be tight and available to first come. It will be a shared bathroom, which you will have half the cabinet space to use. There is a washer and dryer in unit. No dishwasher. The room is $1250, which includes everything, such as wifi, lighting and heating. I don’t pay for cable, I pay for subscriptions. If you wish to use my subscriptions, we can discuss splitting the bill, or setting up your accounts seperately. A bit about me: I’m a 29 y/o woman that lives with Star (a 2.5 year old Boston Terrier) and Mocha (an 8 month old Ragdoll kitten). I work M-F 9-5, so I’m out of the house most of the week. I’m a homebody and tend to keep to myself, and enjoy going out when the weather is nice. We’re located by Burke mountain, with access to 191 bus route a block away. Please text me a little bit about yourself, and we can set up a time for you to see the room after May 1, 2025 after 5:30pm or on weekends. The room is available June 1, 2025. |
