| Offering for rent ONE furnished room (17 feet long x 10 feet wide) in a LARGE HOUSE with a large backyard ( very private) in Westwood PL CQ (5min away driving from Coquitlam Mall area, 5min walk to Eagle mountain trails, 1min walk to The Crunch, tennis and basketball courts are 1 min away, IGA complex is 3 min walk) mandatory: *previous landlord references are mandatory * proof of employment and/or other finances * Criminal record check may be required . *first moth fee+ last month fee +deposit are required before moving in ( for safety and security); month to month payments afterwards. Room is on the main level of a 3 lever home, you will have access to: * room has a brand new bed/mattress/bedding; lather couch, TV, 2 shelfs, rug, closet, a few lamps and throw pillows. * large kitchen shared with me * laundry room * home GYM (very well equipped with quality equipment, if you are an active person) * large back yard with nice comfy furniture and excellent BBQ * sunlight patio * bus stop in front of the house. * private fridge will be provided ( as soon as you pay deposit) * access to two bathrooms (one small on the same floor and one larger on the upper floor) * access to internet and Netflix account ( NO cable TV available ) MUST be very good with dogs and kids, i have 3 boys ( 50% co-parenting) and 2 Labradors ( very happy and chill dogs ), we are a very active family, spend most of out time in the woods, or backyard BBQ with friends, or school /work. I work from home and YOUR schedule and life style must match somewhat for this to work for long term; BTW i am very strict with night time noise , so no party or loud music etc , NO smoking in or out of the house, no life stile that can put children in danger. |
