The room comes partially furnished with a double size bed, light and nightstand (which can be removed if you have your own. Also, I can provide a small desk to study). Laundry available in the building. SHARED SPACE: just with me. It is a quiet, clean and peaceful environment: - Living room - Kitchen - Washroom - Balcony LOCATION: Lougheed Skytrain and various bus stops only 5-7 minutes walk. Close to SFU. Nearby you can find a lot of amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores less than 10 minutes walk. It's very convenient to go everywhere. RENT: $1,100 p/month INCLUDED: - Utilities (gas, electric, water) - Wireless high speed internet - Laundry card NOT INCLUDED: - Cable TV - Netflix - Dishwasher (there is no dishwasher) - Parking stall & fob (available) REQUIRED: - 50% damaged deposit - refundable if no damaged - Landlord Reference (&/or Credit Check) - Proof/Verification of Employment/School letter TERM: - 6 months for start.
