We welcome a student or employed person, who would like to live in a large safe clean quiet well-appointed home. Bedrooms are fully- furnished; just bring your bedsheets. Good double-size bed and closets/storage space. We're looking for a quiet, neat and tidy, NON-SMOKING, single, employed or student adult, who has a clean background, good social skills, with no substance use issues or criminal record. ALL utilities, TV, internet, wifi, parking, and extra storage space, are $100/month, flat rate, all year-round, even in our 'winter'. 8 kitchen appliances. 3 bathrooms. Full laundry room.
